- 3 green peppers, cut in 1/2
- 4 c. whipped potatoes
- 2 c. cubed ham
- 2 c. tomatoes, cooked
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. cooked corn
Directions

1Remove seeds from peppers.

2Parboil peppers for several minutes in salted water.

3Let cool.

4Cook tomatoes, onions, corn and ground beef.

5Add to potatoes and cooked ham.

6Stuff mixture into peppers; place 1/2 slice of bacon on top of each pepper. Place peppers in a baking dish and add 1/2 cup water in dish. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
