- 4 green peppers
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cut peppers in halves lengthwise.

2Remove seeds and wash. Combine hamburger, rice, onions, salt, pepper and 1/2 can tomato sauce.

3Pile lightly into pepper halves and place in large baking dish.

4Pour tomato sauce on top of each pepper.

5Cover tightly and bake at 350° for 1 1/4 hours or until peppers are tender, basting occasionally.
