- 4 large green peppers
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
- 1/2 c. Post Grape-Nuts brand cereal
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Cut top from peppers; remove seeds.

2Brown meat in skillet; stir in garlic salt and salt.

3Add 1/2 cup of tomatoes and the cereal.

4Fill each pepper with 1/2 cup meat mixture.

5Place in a greased shallow baking dish.

6Pour on remaining tomatoes.

7Top with cheese.

8Bake at 375° for 25 minutes.
