- 4 to 6 medium size green peppers
- 1 c. boiled ham, diced
- 1 c. fresh corn
- 1 c. fresh tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs, buttered for topping of peppers
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cut off tops of peppers (remove inner fillers).

2Parboil peppers 2 to 3 minutes before stuffing.

3Mix ham, corn, tomatoes and 1/2 cup bread crumbs.

4Fill peppers.

5Cover with buttered bread crumbs.

6Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350° to 375°.
