  • 4 to 6 medium size green peppers
  • 1 c. boiled ham, diced
  • 1 c. fresh corn
  • 1 c. fresh tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs, buttered for topping of peppers
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Cut off tops of peppers (remove inner fillers).

    Parboil peppers 2 to 3 minutes before stuffing.

    Mix ham, corn, tomatoes and 1/2 cup bread crumbs.

    Fill peppers.

    Cover with buttered bread crumbs.

    Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350° to 375°.
