- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 c. chopped onions
- 1 (12 oz.) can whole corn, drained
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1/4 c. steak sauce
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 6 green peppers
Directions

1In skillet, brown meat and cook onions until done.

2Stir in corn, tomato sauce, rice, steak sauce and pepper.

3Set aside.

4Cut tops off the peppers; remove the seeds.

5Spoon meat mixture into the peppers.

6Place into a baking pan.

7Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or until peppers are done.
