- 6 medium green peppers
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 large can tomatoes
Directions

1Parboil green peppers

2for 10 minutes.

3Remove tops from green peppers and dice into mixture of ground chuck, rice, salt, pepper and onion.

4Stuff peppers with ground chuck mixture.

5Arrange in casserole dish and cover with tomatoes.

6Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
