- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 3/4 c. rice (1 bag), cooked
- 6 green peppers
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 1 1/2 to 2 cans water
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 c. sour cream
Directions

1Mix beef and pork.

2Add cooked rice, salt and pepper.

3Hollow out peppers and stuff.

4Place in large Dutch oven pan.

5Pour soup and water in.
-
6Cook over medium heat until boiling, then lower heat.

7Peppers are done when peppers are soft and meat tastes done, about an hour and a half.

8Add sour cream to soup when peppers are cooked and done.
