- pan-boiled peppers
- 1 lb. hamburger meat
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 pt. tomatoes
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. uncooked long grain rice
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Pan-boil peppers for 5 minutes; drain upside down.

2Brown hamburger and onion together and add salt, pepper, tomatoes, water, uncooked long grain rice and Worcestershire sauce.

3Cook for 15 minutes.

4Stir in 1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese.

5Stuff peppers and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

6To freeze, let cool, them put in bags and freeze.
