  • 1 can Vienna sausage
  • 1 1/4 c. cooked rice
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp. melted fat
  • 1/2 onion, minced
  • salt and pepper as desired

Directions

    Cut off tops of 6 peppers.

    Remove the seeds and fillers. Cook in

    boiling water 2 or 3 minutes.

    Drain and fill. Moisten with water or juice from sausage and bake in 375° oven for 25 minutes.
