- 6 green peppers
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 2 c. tomatoes or juice
- 3/4 c. rice, precooked
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper
- American cheese
Directions

1Cut tops off peppers.

2Remove seeds and membrane.

3Brown meat and onion.

4Add tomatoes, rice, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.

5Cover and simmer until rice is tender, 5 minutes.

6Add cheese.

7Stuff peppers;

8cover with tops.

9Stand upright in baking dish.

10Bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes.
