- 3 large green peppers
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 lb. ground beef (lean)
- 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/2 c. green onions
Directions

1Cut peppers in half lengthwise.

2Remove seeds and membranes; wash.

3Simmer peppers for 7 minutes in enough water to cover.

4Let stand.

5Brown beef.

6Remove excess grease.

7Return to heat and add green onions and seasoned salt.

8Mix in rice.

9Spoon 2 tablespoons of mixture into peppers.

10Serves 6.
