- 4 medium green peppers
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. butter or oleo
- 1 can tomato soup
- 2 c. rice, cooked
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Remove tops and seeds from peppers; cook in boiling water

2for 5 minutes.

3Brown beef and cook onion in butter until tender. Stir in soup and remaining ingredients.

4Spoon meat mixture into peppers.

5Bake in a 375° oven for 30 minutes.
