- 4 to 6 medium peppers
- 1 lb. hamburg, extra lean
- 1 c. river rice
- salt and pepper
- garlic powder
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 2 cans water
Directions

1In a large bowl mix hamburg and cooked rice.

2Add salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste.

3Add mixture to cored peppers.

4Place in Dutch oven.

5Add the tomato soup and water.

6Cook on the top of stove for about 1 hour.
