- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) can corn
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 5 large green bell peppers
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Brown ground beef in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain. Add onion, corn, rice, garlic salt, salt, pepper and half the tomato sauce; mix well.

2Slice tops from peppers; discard seed. Spoon ground beef mixture into peppers.

3Place in baking dish.

4Top with cheese and remaining tomato sauce.

5Bake, covered, at 375° for 50 minutes.
