Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 4 Tbsp. uncooked rice
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 carrot, grated
- 2 slices bread, soaked in water, pressed and pulled into pieces
- 5 green peppers
- 1 can tomato sauce
Directions

1Mix together all ingredients except green pepper and tomato sauce.

2Cut the tops out of the green peppers and clean the insides of the peppers.

3Fill peppers with the ground beef mixture.

4Cover the tops of the peppers with tomato sauce and bake at 325 degrees for approximately one hour, or until meat is cooked through.
