- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 c. long grain rice
- 1 c. water
- 1 tsp. margarine
Directions

1Microwave 1 cup rice, 1 cup water and 1 teaspoon margarine. Mix ground beef and onion.

2Nuke 2 minutes; stir and nuke 2 minutes.

3Let stand 5 minutes.
