- 4 bell peppers
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1 (12 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 c. cooked rice
- grated cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cut peppers in half.

2Remove seeds, wash, cook 10 minutes or until tender.

3Brown meat and drain.

4Add onion, tomato sauce and rice.

5Simmer 15 to 20 minutes.

6Fill peppers with mixture.

7Top with grated cheese.

8Put in 350° oven until cheese is melted.
