  • 3 whole peppers
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can small kernel white corn
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • shredded cheese
  • Cheddar or extra sharp cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

    Cut peppers in half.

    Clean.

    Boil until tender (4 to 5 minutes).

    Brown beef.

    Add seasoning.

    Simmer 5 minutes.

    Add tomatoes, onion and corn.
