- 6 medium peppers
- 1 medium onion
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1/2 c. cooked rice
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cook peppers in salt water for 5 minutes.

2Brown hamburger and onion in oil.

3Mix hamburger, onion, rice, salt, pepper and egg with 1/2 can tomato soup.

4Stuff peppers.

5Place in baking dish. Add 1/2 can soup and 1/2 can of water.

6Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Place a small piece of cheese on each pepper just before removing from oven just long enough for cheese to melt.
