- 1 Tbsp. vegetable flakes
- 1 Tbsp. onion flakes or 1 small onion
- garlic powder
- celery salt to taste
- 1 green pepper
- 1/2 c. tomato juice
Directions

1Stuff the green peppers with the tuna mixture and place into a shallow baking dish.

2Pour in 1/2 cup tomato juice over the peppers.

3Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
