  • 6 oz. tuna
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable flakes
  • 1 Tbsp. onion flakes or 1 small onion
  • garlic powder
  • celery salt to taste
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1/2 c. tomato juice

Directions

    Stuff the green peppers with the tuna mixture and place into a shallow baking dish.

    Pour in 1/2 cup tomato juice over the peppers.

    Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.

    Turkey can be used.
