Ingredients
- 8 medium green peppers
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 Tbsp. fat
- 1 c. diced, fresh canned tomatoes
- 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1 1/2 c. chopped corn
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Remove tops and seeds from green pepper. Parboil 5 minutes and drain.

3Brown meat and onion in hot fat. Add tomatoes, corn and seasoning. Pour hot butter or margarine over bread crumbs separate.

4Stuff pepper with ingredients and top with butter bread crumbs.

5Stand upright in greased 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch baking pan.

6Add small amount of water.

7Cover and bake in oven for 1 hour at 350°.
