- 4 large peppers
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 jar Prego spaghetti sauce
- 1 pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- rice (as much as needed for number of people to be served)
Directions

1Cook rice and cook hamburger separately.

2Clean out inside of peppers; then boil until somewhat tender.

3Drain off fat from hamburger; add the sauce and cooked rice.

4Cook for 10 minutes. Then fill peppers with mixture and sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.

5Put these in casserole pan; bake at 200° until cheese is melted, about 15 minutes.
