Stuffed Peppers

  • 4 large peppers
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 jar Prego spaghetti sauce
  • 1 pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • rice (as much as needed for number of people to be served)

Directions

    Cook rice and cook hamburger separately.

    Clean out inside of peppers; then boil until somewhat tender.

    Drain off fat from hamburger; add the sauce and cooked rice.

    Cook for 10 minutes. Then fill peppers with mixture and sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.

    Put these in casserole pan; bake at 200° until cheese is melted, about 15 minutes.
