Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 1/2 lb. or 1 c. grated sharp cheese
- 1 1/2 c. cooked rice or Minute rice
- 8 peppers
Directions

1Cook until meat is brown.

2Add onion, garlic, chili powder, salt and pepper.

3Add tomato soup.

4Simmer for 10 minutes.

5Add sharp cheese.

6Cook slowly until cheese is melted.

7Add rice. Cool.

8Cut peppers lengthwise, remove seeds.

9Boil in water for 3 minutes.

10Remove and drain.
-
11Cool slightly.
-
12Stuff with filling and bake at 400° for 30 to 40 minutes.
