- 4 large green bell peppers
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 14 cup onion, minced
- 2 teaspoons Morton nature seasons seasoning blend
- 2 cups cooked MINUTE rice
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can tomato soup
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350.

2Cut tops from peppers.

3Clean peppers and remove seeds.

4Blanch peppers in a covered microwave-safe bowl in the microwave for 4 minutes or until slightly cooked.

5Prepare minute rice for 2 servings.

6In a bowl, combine ground beef, minced onion, Nature's Seasons, and rice.

7Stuff peppers with this mixture.

8Place peppers in a tall covered dish or oven safe sauce pan.

9In a bowl combine tomato soup and tomato sauce.

10Add additional seasoning if desired.

11Blend well.

12Pour over peppers.

13Cover and bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

14Serve with grated sharp cheddar cheese.
