Ingredients
- 4 medium green peppers
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 2 slices mild process or Swiss cheese, cut in strips
Directions

1Remove tops and seeds from peppers; cut in half.

2In skillet, brown beef and cook onion until tender.

3Stir in 1 cup soup, rice and seasonings.

4Spoon meat mixture into peppers.

5Place in 1 1/2-quart casserole.

6Dilute remaining soup and pour over peppers. Cover and bake at 375° for 30 minutes or until peppers are done. Remove cover and top with cheese strips.

7Bake about 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
