- 8 green bell peppers
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 Tbsp. fat
- 4 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. cut fresh corn
- salt and pepper to taste
- buttered cracker crumbs
- 1 can tomato soup
Directions

1Remove top and seeds from green peppers.

2Parboil 5 minutes, drain.

3Brown onion and meat in fat, drain.

4Add tomatoes, corn and seasonings.

5Stuff peppers and top with buttered crumbs. Stand upright in greased baking dish.

6Add tomato soup to dish. Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour.

7Yields 8 servings.
