  • 3 each Bell peppers
  • 2 can Tomato juice
  • 1 box Minute rice
  • 1 Red hot

    Pour cans of tomato juice in large pot.

    Add equal amount of water

    Mix rice, hamburger meat and hot sauce together

    Form into balls

    Remove seeds and cut up bell peppers

    Put everything in pot and let is cook on a medium heat for 30 mins
