Ingredients
- 3 to 4 green bell peppers, quartered and cooked
- 1 c. raw rice, cooked by pkg. directions
- 4 medium tomatoes or 1 qt. canned
- 2 medium onions, diced
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Brown hamburger in oil.

2Add onions to saute.

3Cook pepper, rice and tomatoes in separate pots, seasoning each as desired. Drain pepper and place in baking pan or dish.

4Mix hamburger mixture, cooked rice and tomatoes, simmering momentarily.

5Spoon over pepper layer in baking pan.

6Top with grated cheese.

7Bake at 350° until cheese begins to melt and brown slightly, approximately 10 minutes.

8(I like to prepare this dish because I can clean up the kitchen while this dish is baking.)
