Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 1/4 c. Minute rice
- 3/4 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped fine
- 1 Tbsp. onion flakes
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- pepper
- 2 1/2 green peppers, halved and cleaned
- 1 or 2 cans tomato soup
Directions

1Mix first 8 ingredients well.

2Stuff peppers generously with meat mixture.

3Place in casserole.

4If you have meat left over, roll a few meatballs to put in around the peppers.

5Heat tomato soup with 1/2 can water and 1/2 can milk.

6Pour over peppers and bake, covered, at 350° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

7Serve with mashed potatoes and a salad.
