  • 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
  • 3 Tbsp. uncooked rice
  • 1 c. corn flakes
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 6 green peppers
  • 1 large can tomato soup

Directions

    Cut tops off peppers; clean and soak for 5 minutes in hot water.

    Mix first 5 ingredients and put into peppers.

    Place peppers in greased baking dish and pour tomato soup over the top. Bake for 1 hour at 300°.
