- 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
- 3 Tbsp. uncooked rice
- 1 c. corn flakes
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 6 green peppers
- 1 large can tomato soup
Directions

1Cut tops off peppers; clean and soak for 5 minutes in hot water.

2Mix first 5 ingredients and put into peppers.

3Place peppers in greased baking dish and pour tomato soup over the top. Bake for 1 hour at 300°.
