- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. rice, cooked
- 6 medium peppers
- 1 onion
- 1 egg, mixed
- tomatoes or sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Mix together all ingredients except peppers.

2Slice stem end from peppers.

3Remove seeds.

4Stuff mixture in peppers.

5Place in casserole dish.

6Pour tomatoes or large can of sauce over peppers. Cover dish.

7Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.

8Remove cover last 15 minutes.
