- ground chuck or beef
- 1 c. rice
- 6 to 8 peppers
- 1 can tomatoes (whole) or tomato sauce
- 1 onion
Directions

1Brown ground chuck or beef in skillet with chopped onion. After browned, drain liquid off and discard.

2Cook rice.

3Boil peppers until almost soft in boiling water.

4Mix ground chuck and rice together; add tomatoes or sauce.

5Mix together.

6Stuff peppers and bake in a 350° oven for 1/2 hour.
