  • ground chuck or beef
  • 1 c. rice
  • 6 to 8 peppers
  • 1 can tomatoes (whole) or tomato sauce
  • 1 onion

Directions

    Brown ground chuck or beef in skillet with chopped onion. After browned, drain liquid off and discard.

    Cook rice.

    Boil peppers until almost soft in boiling water.

    Mix ground chuck and rice together; add tomatoes or sauce.

    Mix together.

    Stuff peppers and bake in a 350° oven for 1/2 hour.
