- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
- 5 slices white bread, cubed
Directions

1Cream butter, add sugar, beat in one egg at a time.

2Stir pineapple into eggs and sugar.

3Fold in bread cubes making sure to cover all.

4Pour into 1 qt. casserole.

5Bake at 350° for 1 hour. If bread gets too brown before finished baking, cover until done.
