Stuffed Pineapple

  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 5 slices white bread, cubed

Directions

    Cream butter, add sugar, beat in one egg at a time.

    Stir pineapple into eggs and sugar.

    Fold in bread cubes making sure to cover all.

    Pour into 1 qt. casserole.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour. If bread gets too brown before finished baking, cover until done.
