  • 6 double pork chops or pork loin roast
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 12 oz. can chopped mushrooms
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • dash of cinnamon
  • 1 can consomme

Directions

    Cut pockets in chops or roast.

    Mix together all ingredients except consomme.

    Stuff the pockets.

    Cook 2 hours at 375°, basting with the consomme.
