Stuffed Pork Chops

  • 2 thick pork chops
  • 1/2 c. breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 tsp. minced parsley
  • 1/4 tsp. grated onion
  • 1/4 c. diced apple
  • 3 Tbsp. milk

Directions

    Have butcher cut a pocket on the bone side of each chop. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well.

    Stuff each chop with this mixture.

    Place in shallow greased pan and bake at 350° for about 1 hour or until tender.

    Yield: 2 servings.
