- 2 thick pork chops
- 1/2 c. breadcrumbs
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 tsp. minced parsley
- 1/4 tsp. grated onion
- 1/4 c. diced apple
- 3 Tbsp. milk
Directions

1Have butcher cut a pocket on the bone side of each chop. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well.

2Stuff each chop with this mixture.

3Place in shallow greased pan and bake at 350° for about 1 hour or until tender.

4Yield: 2 servings.
