- pork chops
- croutons
- 1 egg
- chopped onions
- garlic to taste
- poultry seasoning to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Ask the butcher to cut some chops at least 1-inch thick and make a slit for stuffing.

2Mix well about a half cup per chop of croutons, egg, chopped onions, garlic, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper.

3Stuff into opening.

4Rub oil on each side of chop and place in skillet with small amount of oil added.

5Brown on both sides being careful to keep stuffing intact.

6Place on baking pan and put in 350° oven until stuffing is done.

7These should be turned over at least once.
