- 6 large baking potatoes
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 stick margarine
- 6 slices American cheese
- 3 Tbsp. grated cheese
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Bake potatoes until soft; while still hot, cut off tops and scoop out potato into a bowl.

2Put empty skins in a baking pan to be filled later.

3Mash potatoes with butter and American cheese. Beat in milk with a hand mixer; you may not need all the milk. When whipped to desired consistency, fill potato skins and sprinkle with grated cheese.

4Bake at 400° for 10 to 15 minutes.
