- 6 large potatoes, baked
- 2 small garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable broth
- 1 c. skim milk, warmed
- 1 1/2 c. nonfat yogurt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1 lb. cabbage, cooked, drained and chopped
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Cut potatoes in half and scoop out flesh.

3Reserve skins.

4Saute garlic in the stock until softened, about 3 minutes.

5Mash the potato with the warm milk, yogurt, garlic, pepper, paprika and cabbage.

6Stuff the potato mixture into the reserved skins.

7Place the potatoes in a baking dish and bake them until heated through, 20 to 30 minutes.
