- 1/2 stick butter
- 4 to 5 Tbsp. chopped chives
- 2 1/2 c. extra sharp Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Wash and bake ungreased potatoes in a 450°

2oven for 1 1/2 hours.

3Remove and cut each potato lengthwise and scoop out insides with a spoon.

4Make sure to leave a wall of skin and potato to leave a substantial hollow bowl.
