- 4 medium to large potatoes
- 1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 large can deviled ham
- 1 small bunch green onions
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. sour cream
- 2 tsp. seasoned salt
Directions

1Microwave potatoes until tender, then place in a 350° oven for 5 to 10 minutes, until the skins are tough.

2Cool until easy to handle.

3Slice top of potatoes off lengthwise.

4Use a spoon to scoop out potato, leaving a potato hull.

5Combine all ingredients with scooped out potato, mixing well.

6Stuff potato skins with mixture until heaping over top.

7Place stuffed potatoes in baking pan and bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until peaks of potato stuffing are brown.
