- 2 large baked potatoes
- 1/2 c. nonfat cottage cheese
- 1 c. cooked broccoli, chopped
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 1 tsp. thyme
- onion salt to taste
- Butter Buds to taste
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cut potatoes in half.

2Scoop out centers.

3Mash together all ingredients, except Parmesan.

4Fill shells.

5Sprinkle with Parmesan and a twist of pepper.

6Bake at 350° until heated through, about 15 minutes, if ingredients are cold.
