  • 3 to 5 lb. pumpkin
  • 4 medium potatoes, mashed or cubed
  • 1 medium large onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. sage
  • black pepper to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic to taste
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground chuck or round

Directions

    Cook hamburg in frying pan with a little water, adding small pieces of onion and sage, black pepper and some garlic to taste. Cook potatoes.
