  • 1 small mushroom
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

    Cut a deep slit in the sausage lenghwise

    Dice mushroom

    Mix all stuffing ingredients

    Push stuffing into Sausage.

    Sausage will stretch in width

    Bake sausage for 25 min

    Remove sausage, drizzle with mustard, and return into oven-broil for a final 5-8 min until crisp

    Remove and serve-enjoy!
