Ingredients
- 2 boxes shells (approximately 60)
- 2 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 2 Tbsp. cracker meal
- 1/4 c. grated Romano cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- sauce
Directions

1Parboil shells and rinse with cool water.

2Drain spinach completely.

3Mix ingredients together with the spinach.

4Using a tablespoon, stuff each shell, placing shells on wax paper as you go along.

5Flash freeze shells for 2 to 3 hours.

6Store in Ziploc bag in freezer.

7From freezer, place shells in a pan.

8Do not let shells touch each other.

9Cover each shell with sauce.
-
10Cover pan with foil and bake at 350° for 1 hour.

11Great to do ahead for parties!
