- 2 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 1/2 lb. grated Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 box jumbo pasta shells
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce
Directions

1Mix all cheeses, eggs, parsley, salt and pepper.

2Cook meat until no longer pink; drain.

3Add to cheese mixture.

4Cook shells according to box directions; stuff with mixture.

5Place in large baking dish or pan.

6Top generously with sauce.

7Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
