Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. hamburg
- 6 to 7 crackers (white)
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- salt and pepper
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 (1 lb.) box jumbo shells (for stuffing)
- 16 oz. Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. Ricotta cheese
Directions

1Cook jumbo shells first; rinse with cool water and drain well. Set to dry.

2Mix all ingredients together (except spaghetti sauce and Mozzarella cheese).

3Stuff shells with mixture.

4Put in large cake pan (9 x 13-inch), then cover with spaghetti sauce.

5Spread with Mozzarella cheese.

6Cook at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
