Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 16 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 6 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 15 oz. Ricotta
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. cottage cheese (small curd)
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. grated onion
  • 1 Tbsp. dry parsley flakes
  • 1 pkg. jumbo shells
  • 1 jar pasta sauce

Directions

    Cook jumbo pasta shells as directed on package.

    Combine all ingredients.

    Fill each pasta shell with mixture.

    Bake at 350°, covered with foil, for 20 minutes and then, uncovered, for 15 minutes.

    Let set.

    Cover with sauce.
