- 16 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 6 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
- 15 oz. Ricotta
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 c. cottage cheese (small curd)
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. grated onion
- 1 Tbsp. dry parsley flakes
- 1 pkg. jumbo shells
- 1 jar pasta sauce
Directions

1Cook jumbo pasta shells as directed on package.

2Combine all ingredients.

3Fill each pasta shell with mixture.

4Bake at 350°, covered with foil, for 20 minutes and then, uncovered, for 15 minutes.

5Let set.

6Cover with sauce.
