- 2 Tbsp. chives, minced
- 1 Tbsp. parsley, minced
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. Ricotta cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- sliced Mozzarella
Directions

1Cook shells according to package directions; drain in cold water and hold.

2Combine all other ingredients and spoon into shells.

3Spoon spaghetti sauce on bottom of pan.

4Place in shells, open edge down, and cover with spaghetti sauce.

5Cover with Mozzarella cheese.

6Bake for 20 minutes at 375°.
