- 1 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 15 oz. Ricotta cheese
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 box jumbo shells, cooked
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
- 1 qt. tomatoes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
Directions

1For stuffing, mix well the Mozzarella cheese, Ricotta cheese and parsley.

2Brown ground beef and garlic, then add tomato paste, tomatoes, salt, pepper and oregano; simmer, covered, for 20 minutes.

3Stuff shells, pour sauce over and bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.

4Makes 30 shells.
