- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 2 lb. Ricotta
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1 (29 oz.) jar marinara sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt/oregano
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 box stuffing shells
Directions

1Boil shells for 10 minutes; drain.

2Cook frozen spinach; drain well.

3Mix with Ricotta, egg and cheese.

4Stuff shells.

5Combine sauce, oregano, salt and pepper.

6Put 1/2 cup of sauce on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

7Place stuffed shells on top of sauce.

8Dab with sauce and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
